Current priorities:
- to produce an analysis of the factors linking the three systems in the cluster, this to result in descriptive documents for the website and potentially a review paper
- to identify key organisms in the various shelf seas and to make comparison between them: North Sea, Irish Sea, Celtic Sea, West of Scotland (link to Ecosystems-End-to-End)
- to collate data on vital rates of key organisms in preparation for Symposium and Workshop on Parameterising Biological Models
- to develop wokshops and other activities relating to the development of operational ecosystem based management of the marine resources of Shelf Seas regions
- to develop follow-on workshops and activities based on recommendations from the AMEMR Shelf Seas Modelling Workshop
